1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Call2Lead.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Call2Lead.ai provides an AI-powered SMS follow-up service that automatically responds to missed calls for small service-based businesses. The Service includes:
- AI-powered SMS responses to missed calls
- Business phone number management
- Lead management dashboard
- Email notifications and summaries
- Conversation tracking and analytics
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
4. Pricing and Payment
The Service operates on a subscription model with the following terms:
- Initial trial period: $5 for first month with 80 message credits
- Basic Plan: $19/month with 15 message credits
- Premium Plan: $34/month with 100 message credits
- Additional credits: 15 credits for $1, available in $10, $20, $50 packages
- Monthly included credits do not roll over; purchased credits do roll over
- Subscription automatically renews until cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Impersonate others or provide false information
6. SMS Messaging Compliance
Our SMS services are subject to federal regulations and carrier requirements:
- All messaging is conducted through registered 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) numbers
- Messages are sent only in response to your missed calls or customer inquiries
- All messages include clear opt-out instructions
- Customers can text STOP to immediately opt out of all messages
- Customers can text HELP to receive business contact information
- We maintain compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier guidelines
- Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently
7. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical difficulties or outages
- Third-party service provider issues
- Network or connectivity problems
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call2Lead.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Call2Lead.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
